City Command Centre

The City Command Centre (“CCC”) acts as the nucleus to implement and spearhead the changes in the way Cyberjaya is designed, built and managed. Currently, MPSpg (Sepang Municipal Council) assumes the role of Cyberjaya’s Cybercity authority. As the Cybercity authority, the management of the CCC is also assumed by MPSpg. This website is CCC’s community portal to communicate, disseminate and interact with Cyberjaya residents, working community and those who are interested in Cyberjaya’s current developments and plans.

CCC’s main objective is to harmonies the dynamics for human, environment and technology through its efforts to make Cyberjaya one of the best cybercities in the world.

CCC Background

  • CCC is part of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) vision.
  • CCC is owned and operated by Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPSpg), the municipal council of Cyberjaya.
  • CCC is funded by Government of Malaysia.
  • CCC was completed and handed over to Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPSpg) in February 2004.
  • CCC was officially launched on 28 June 2004 with the function as a one-stop-centre for city management.
  • CCC was operated by MPSepang and the building is rented from Setia Haruman Sdn. Bhd

CCC Staff

  • CCC currently has 11 staff, all with IT background
  • All staff are under MPSpg Human Resource Management

Services Provided by CCC

The CCC portal brings together the community and services. Members and users of the portal will have access to the CCC’s services which aims to bring convenience of amenities and information to their fingertips. The following are the list of services currently offered by CCC:

1. Call Centre (03-8686 6060)

  • Escalation will be made to the stakeholders if the call made need further assistance from the stakeholders to be resolved.
  • Stakeholders shall liase directly to the problem and resolve them, if the case is directly related to the customer; the stakeholders will call the customer directly to resolve the problem.
  • CCC Call Centre Agent will call stakeholders to request update on incident every 30 minutes until the incident resolved.
  • If incident cannot be resolved within estimated time, Agent will call respective person (as per notification list) again to update on next estimated time to resolve the incident.
  • If the incident resolved, CCC Call Centre Agent will make notification for the status and made a record to close the case.

2. CCC Building Rental Guideline

CCC building space and area such as the CCC Main Conference Room, Viewing Gallery , Briefing Gallery, Training Room, Marketing Hall and Cafeteria are open to public for rental.

Application will be escalated to Sepang Municipal Council for approval and shall be completed within one week. All usage charges will be determined by Sepang Municipal Council.
