Residential

Currently there are 28,000 units of residential development planned of which 5,578 are approved and 2,936 are launched. The most current development is The Domain@NeoCyber which comprises of 272 residential units. To your right is the artist impression of the Domain@NeoCyber condominium.

Commercial & Enterprise Building

The CBD Perdana is expected for completion in the first quarter of 2007. It will be the retail Highstreet of Cyberjaya with 32 units of shop offices.

The construction of new buildings for Dell and Telekom Research Centre has started this year.

Future projects include the new office complex for Satyam.

A Mosque and Islamic Square is currently being built. Both will be situated within a garden setting.
